Town Hall is owned and operated by 5 friends with a wide range of experience in the DC bar and restaurant industry. In 2005 they pooled their collective talent and resources to open their idea of what a true neighborhood tavern should be - great food, personable service, a vibrant bar scene, and zero pretense.
