Calling this a hole in the wall is an insult to holes everywhere. The waitstaff doesn't like you, let's just get that out of the way. The regulars are so unpretentious that they hate you as well. But not to worry, that all fades away after the first few drinks. The scene changes and suddenly you fit in just fine. The bloodies are an excellent way to either kick-off a three day bender or come down from one. Hours: Kitchen: daily 24 hours, Bar: daily 6am-2am

You can't find a better scene for a little hair of the dog and to be amongst people who are probably worse off than you are. They're kung fu masters at the bloody mary. One or two and you'll be right back in the game. It was an Asian restaurant back in the day, hence the dragon decor strewed about. Morning glory. Etta's downtown is a local favorite in the midst of touristy Pike Place Market. They've got a good mixture going when it comes to the peppery bloodies with just the right spice. We don't have a "best corned beef hash" section, but if we did, this would certainly top the list. It's the best in America. Boom. We said it. On Saturday and Sunday you have to wait with people clad in I Heart Seattle shirts, but you can usually maneuver your way to a bar seat fairly quickly. Hours: Mon-Thu 11:30am-9:30pm, Fri 11:30am-10pm, Sat 9am-3pm, 4pm-10pm, Sun 9am-3pm, 4pm-9pm
