The group that came in on September 5th has a false review. The group came in together, and yes, sat at separate tables that were next to each other (yet same section of server). Never has there been any charge for water, if they were charged, I'd love to see the receipt. As for the two that walked on their check, they also took their receipt with them. These guests used to come once a month, but once they had people not pay, the owner called the group (part of an assisted living group) and asked them not to come back.

Service vs Food

On September 5th a group of us (12) ate at the 410 Diner on Broadway and 410 in San Antonio Texas. The group sat at seperate tables. We were assessed 15% extra on our bill and a charge of $.79 for water. When asked why the owner stated the servers have to get paid and water was more expensive. He then told us not to return.. Later the owner reported that two of the group left without paying. They said they did. The food was good and hot. The service was very poor
