An old cement plant was turned into a great outdoor shopping megaplex on the edge of the very affluent Alamo Heights and Lincoln Heights neighborhoods. Everything from Harold's boutique to Hallmark.......Regal Cinemas to Restoration Hardware. Definitely a pleasant place to shop.
