Cheers for the Elvis Costello Concert
It was a honor seeing Elvis Costello at the Koko Booth Theatre this weekend. I thought Elvis and his band were awesome! I truly enjoyed the music from his latest CD. "Secret, Profane, and Sugarcane". The music and the stories are brillant. I was somewhat disappointed that Mr. Costello did not play more of his earlier songs. I desperately wanted to hear him and his band perform, "Shipbuilding" ,"God give me Strength', Chelsea, and more. I was please to hear him perform, "Brilliant Mistake" and "Indoor Fireworks". Lastly, as I was leaving the theatre, he started playing "Allison". Quite naturally, I turned around and headed back to be a part of that moment. I can't wait to see Elvis Costello again. Much thanks for the Koko Booth Theater team for a wonderful performance. Keep up the great work!
