Best Mexican Food in Portland by my guess, but it's actually in Beaverton. The $1 mexican tacos are great and come in several varieties, carna asada, polla asada, beef tongue, carnitas, and chicken. The fried potatoes are solid as well. Great meal for a very inexpensive price. Can't beat it!
