Touché is the pool bar in Portland in my mind. 4+ pool tables in the bar that serves great cocktails and great food. The wait for a table isn't terrible either, players shuffle through them faily quickly. Touche also holds regular tournaments for the good players. The fried calamari is INCREDIBLE!
