Although Bell Buoy is not located in Portland, actually an hour and a half away at the beach, any it is the best crab in all of Oregon. I hope you understand why I have to include. Take a day trip to the beach, stop by Bell Buoy and pick up a crab and do a picnic on the sand. They have the freshest crab available as it is harvested right there in Seaside by local fisherman. They also have a great assortment of other fish and shellfish.
