Horrible Customer Service

I had a terrible cut and color at Dosha. I called back to have it redone and went back a second time. The second time, I only had the color done and it came out worse than the first time. I had no idea it was terrible until someone told me the back of my head was orange. I don't like to spend a lot of time checking myself out in the mirror so I had no idea. I went to another salon to have it fixed at great expense. Dosha will not do anything to rectify the situation. No refund, no 'sorry', no nothing. So I'm out hundreds of dollars because they could not get the job done right the SECOND time. I was told that because I went to another salon, they would not refund me. Ridiculous. Why would I subject myself to a third botched job at their salon? Please, AVOID this salon if you would like a quality cut or color.
