Always a fun experience, the Oregon Zoo has a wide array of animals on display. Bears, tigers, lions, panthers, elephants, inlcuding a great polar bear exhibit. Plan to spend half a day here if you want to see everything. Also a great place to catch a concert at the amphitheater.
