Church Street Entertainment partners Doug Taylor and Dirk Farrow are no strangers to Orlando nightlife and have just opened Ember, a new Mediterranean-style bar and restaurant in the heart of downtown Orlando. The atmosphere is more Mediterranean resort than central Florida thanks to the recent $3.2MM renovation. This is one of the nicest bars in Orlando and the crowd, mainly late twenties through early forties, is out to play daily from 4 p.m. until close.
