I ordered a Ribeye, medium rare and it came out closer to well. Not a catastrophe, but disappointing. The real issue came when I brought it to the attention of our server, who seemed genuinely sorry. She took it away and asked if I wanted a replacement. I declined as I had already filled up on bread and my husband's potatoes. I did ask that since I didn't eat a bite of it that I not be charged for it. I assume she went to ask her manager, although it took 20 minutes for anybody to come by. She had long blonde hair and looked pretty young - I assume she was the manager because of her business style dress though she didn't introduce herself. All she did was drop off our check, with my steak still on it, and tell us to have a good night. I was extremely upset. The server seemed pretty embarrassed and I asked her to bring the manager back to our table. About 10 minutes later, our server came back and said that the manager was too busy to come by. Very disappointed with service. My husband liked his food, however, and the bread was yummy. However, I wouldn't go back because of service alone.
