Tea Lounge is a welcome addition for the tea lover in us. With a location in Park Slope and Cobble Hill, Brooklyners everywhere will enjoy the HUGE list of loose bag teas. The lounge is equipped with comfy couches and offers wireless services if you choose to stay in with your brew. Be sure to try a more unusual flavor of tea- we have yet to try one we didn't like.

Baked is what it sounds like- all things delicious and baked. Their cupcakes come in many a flavor and frosting option and their cookies and cake are worth taking home with you for later in the week. Be sure to order up a cup of coffee to wash it down, they offer a variety of coffee and tea options.

Narrow and steamy from the ovens in the back, Cranberry's is bursting with fresh muffins, cookies and other delicious things to go with one's coffee. The coffee choices are limited to flavored hot and cold options, but there is no room for fancy lattes here. We're addicted to the pumpkin muffins, and love the mini-muffin option so you can try several options in one sitting!

Though considered more of a chain in the world of coffee house because they have more than one store, Connecticut Muffin is a worthy establishment. The flavored coffee and tea selection are our favorites, with the iced vanilla hazelnut delivering a solid jolt of taste without being overwhelming. We also love Connecticut Muffin's hearty muffin and baked goods selection for an AM bite to eat... just don't order a latte please- it takes too long and Starbucks is right across the street.

Situated right on busy Montague St, Lassen and Henning's is a sort of gourmet deli. The have the best sandwiches in town, and definitely make our favorite egg and cheese on a roll- NY style. With a stocked make-it-yourself coffee bar and an oatmeal and toppings station, this deli fits the bill in the AM. Don't think twice about bringing home one of their desserts either, the black and white cookies are a favorite of ours. Open Daily 7am-10:30pm
