This stunning new French brasserie with an emphasis on farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market is brand new on the scene. The classic architecture gives way to a sprawling space with soaring ceilings, a massive bar, a raw bar and plenty of table seating. It’s sure to be high on the list of the brunch hot spots. Parisian-born chef Alain Giraud offers all the stuff we love from France – omelets with wild arugula and goat cheese, eggs benedict, Belgian waffles, crepes, steak frites, etc. You’ll leave shouting, “Viva la France!
