Joël Robuchon is a French gourmet restaurant located in Las Vegas, Nevada that is considered to be among the finest restaurants in the world. It is the signature, flagship restaurant of French chef and restaurateur Joël Robuchon and bears his namesake. Additionally, the restaurant was named one of the Top 5 best restaurants in the United States by Gourmet magazine and has won Three Michelin Stars.
Chef Robuchon cooks here at least six times a year and was named Chef of the Century (not too shabby of an award!). His Joel Robuchon restaurant has won a Mobil 5 Star restaurant (one of 17 in the U.S.) as well as an AAA Five-Diamond Award. Needless to say we didn't have to over think this one.
