A nice dining experience starts with a well-made cocktail and Strings doesn't disappoint. Their bar staff know what they're doing, excellent drinks with a smile. The atmosphere is fun and lively with excellent food. Don't miss the carpaccio appetizer, both the presentation and the taste are fantastic. Service was smooth, timely and friendly with attentive bus staff supporting knowledgeable servers. Strings has been a fun place to go in Denver for literally decades and in the restaurant business that kind of logevity is almost a recommendation in itself. Enjoy.
