Being a Louisiana native who left well before the hurricanes, this is the closest you will get to a real Cajun/Creole breakfast outside of my wife's kitchen. There is a wait on week-ends even if you go early but the wait is worth it. They have truly captured the flavors and spices of Louisiana cooking.
