Being a Louisiana native who left well before the hurricanes, this is the closest you will get to a real Cajun/Creole breakfast outside of my wife's kitchen. There is a wait on week-ends even if you go early but the wait is worth it. They have truly captured the flavors and spices of Louisiana cooking. Mon-Fri 7am-2pm, Sat-Sun 8am-2pm

Racine's is great! The menu has something for everyone and I always have a difficult time deciding on what I want. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are great. Their seating is very comfortable. Service is always friendly and great. I don't have a bad thing to say and will continue to be a repeat customer! Racine's is a Denver institution for good reason! Mona's is a great place to eat anytime of the year but especially during the spring through fall months. The back patio is a veranda that is perfect for enjoying some coffee and one of Denver's best omelletes or blueberry pancakes topped with lemon whipped cream. The lunch sandwiches are also delicious; namely the smoked brisket sandwich. This is a laid back place to get a quality meal to start the day when your brain might not be completely awake yet.
