Nobu Dallas opened in 2005 as Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Dallas outpost. The Rockwell Group designed dining room with its river stone wall and onyx sushi bar is most reminiscent of the original Nobu in New York with its birch trees, but with a touch of Southern charm to fit its Texas location. The menu features Nobu's signature new style Japanese dishes like Jalapeno Salsa, and Ranchero Rib Eye Steak.
