You're a shmuck if you don't consider Chuck

I have called on Chuck many times over several years, in the position of admin assistant for a couple different companies, to drive company guests around. Chuck is Reliable, Trusworthy and Personable. The passengers like him and he is a professional. Also, I can trust him with credit card info to pay in advance. Sometimes the receipts don't come right away but once I remind him, it's soon in the mail. I have even changed plans on him at the last minute and I don't get attitude back from him. He is also always on time.
