Charged Credit Card/ No Service

I scheduled a pick up from Silver Leaf Limo a few weeks in advance. Six days before the scheduled pick up, I emailed Larry and canceled the pick up (I have "sent email" verification to prove it). The day of the pick up they call me and say they have someone waiting for the pick up. I resent the email to prove I had canceled. They STILL billed my credit card. Not a company focused on customer service. I'll give more info if needed for Sneaky Sundays to believe me.
